The Account Manager role is a brand new role for CCA Occasions and is part of an exciting new launch of the Custom Printed Post-it® Product line in Europe. This position will function as both sales and account management for a global brand - working specifically within the 3M Promotional Markets division and selling Post-it® Brand products. This role will be responsible for fully understanding our distributors needs and working together to be a solution in the B2B market. The main responsibilities will be two-fold, both managing accounts by handling customer calls, emails, quotes and visual proofs, and driving sales by nurturing current accounts while proactively reaching out to find new opportunities. Customer support and sales growth are the main emphasis, and creating a rapport within the accounts is crucial. 

Some of the main duties include:

  • Answer incoming emails and phone calls promptly, with a goal of returning communications within one hour.
  • Provide information about products, pricing, policies, promotions, and delivery to distributors.
  • Negotiate rushes, reprints, credits, and invoice discrepancies, and process reprints and credits when necessary.
  • Be a problem solver, investigator, negotiator, liaison – between factory and distribution.
  • Prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Coordinate all steps of the production process to ensure a quality product with on-time delivery.
  • Document all communication with distributor throughout the order process
  • Communicate conflicts, issues, trends, and opportunities to the leadership as they occur.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from working with current customers to finding new clients within each account
  • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term partnerships
  • Designing, developing & delivering sales proposals and presentations on product benefits. 
  • Presenting products & ideas to distributors in such a way that they can sell to their clients (Value Based selling)
  • Setting and conducting annual Account Reviews with top customers

The role is onsite, with working hours of 8.30 to 16.30

  ·      Experience Requirements

o  3-5 years Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.

o  Promotional Products Industry experience would be useful but not essential.

o  Ability to speak German, French, Spanish or Italian would be useful, but not essential.

o  Some travel may be required.
